What information we collect

If you contact us by phone or email to ask about a quote, we keep the details you give us — typically your name, phone number, email address and address, along with the details of what you're looking for.

If you become a customer, we keep records relating to your job (measurements, quotes, invoices and certification paperwork) so we can provide guarantees and aftercare.

How we use it

We use your details to:

• Reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes
• Carry out and complete any work you ask us to do
• Provide guarantees and deal with any aftercare questions
• Keep proper business records as required by law

We never sell your details, and we don't use them for marketing without your permission. We only share information where necessary to complete your work — for example with our certification bodies (Assure Certification and HomePro) or building control.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are kept for up to 12 months, in case you come back to us. Records for completed jobs are kept for longer, as we need them to honour guarantees and meet legal record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email us and we'll sort it out promptly.
